Managing consent

A

Accept or decline

The banner on your first visit lets you accept all cookies or keep only the essential ones. Essential cookies cannot be switched off, since the site cannot function without them.

B

Change your mind

Clear this site’s data in your browser settings to reset the banner and choose again. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies per site.

C

Do not track

Where analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate statistics only and are not used to build an advertising profile of you.

03Forms & enquiries

Information you send us

What the forms collect

The contact form and the Solution Finder ask for your name, work email, company and message so we can respond. We use those details to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a sizing study. We do not sell them.

Sizing-study data

If you share settlement files, load data or a single-line diagram for a study, that material is used only to produce your study, is processed on infrastructure in India, and is returned or deleted at the end of the engagement unless you ask us to retain it. This mirrors the posture on the Data requirements page.

04Your rights

Under the DPDP Act

Access and correction
You may ask what personal data we hold about you and request that inaccurate details be corrected.
Erasure
You may ask us to delete personal data we no longer need to keep, subject to any legal or contractual retention we are required to observe.
Withdrawing consent
Where processing relies on your consent, such as analytics cookies, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
Grievance redressal
You may raise a concern about how your data is handled by writing to the contact address below. Our grievance officer will acknowledge and address your concern in line with applicable timelines.
